Life Insurance QFA Sales

Due to the expansion of our company, Irish Insurance are recruiting for Financial Sales Consultants for our busy Dublin office. These positions would suit financial advisors who want to earn €54k+ a year and are willing to work hard for it.

We have positions in our Life and Protection sales team for the right candidates.

Irish Insurance is a well-established financial services brokerage (specialising in life & protection products, Income protection & pensions). We have agencies with all the major providers and are looking for goal orientated achievers to join our already highly successful team.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be fully or partly QFA’d
• Have a proven track record in financial service sales/Call Centre sales experience would also be an advantage
• Be customer orientated
• Interested in closing business
• Have good organisational skills
• Be honest, hardworking and willing to work as part of a team.
• Be target driven with the ability to succeed.

The responsibilities for this sales role include:

• You will be provided with leads and enquiries.
• Your responsibility is to convert these leads into business by providing suitable advice to these new prospects.
• You will have access to new leads as well as a large existing data base.
• You will also be expected to generate some of your own leads through a referral system.
• Advising on the suite of products available.
• Hitting a pre agreed target on a monthly basis.
• Liaising with our compliance and quality control managers.

Location: Dublin 15

Payment: Basic Salary up to €30,000. OTE €54,000 Uncapped Commission structure in place.
